We want everything fast and fine. But only one of those two will be given. So, we chose fast over fine most of the time because it is convenient. 
Be it relationship, marriage, business, craft, publishing - we have plenty of expectations from the other side. But, is not that side, the other half of the same side. Aren't we together in this. We look for the ideal and struggle to be the ideal ones. 
My day 8 is a reminder about time. It takes time to get fine at your craft, relationship and business. Fast and Furious was a thing. Slow and glow is a new thing. 
My last book venture is the biggest test of patience for me. This is my most favorite project and yet it gives me so much pain at the same time. 
I expected the book to be out on 2nd of august and now it is 22nd of August. I have only 100 copies out of 300 copies. They say next week. Unexpected delays. Are these delays for delayed gratification?
Time will show. 
Just like it shows us the true color of everything.
